No New Posts Tundra


Next to the mountains, this is the coldest place in Giiva. Most of the wild game can be hunted down here. In summer this place is generally covered in grass, like any other grassland, but the snow does last longer here. The ground is always frozen so there are few trees or even shrubs in these parts.

No New Posts Boreal Forest


The boreal forest of Giiva is thick with pine trees. It is a beautiful place to visit, but difficult to navigate through if you are new to these parts. In summer this place is warm and humid, perfect place for napping. In the winter the trees act as a shield, blocking out the winter air. It is the reason why the dens are hidden in the center of the woods.

No New Posts Waterfall Pools


There are three minor waterfalls coming from the mountain peaks into the land of Giiva. They have been here for centuries, and have eroded away the giant boulders the water lands on. And have created three deep pools fit for swimming. The water is naturally heated, from what the wolves are unsure. In winter the water cools down a tad, and becomes more lukewarm. Still wonderful to swim in, even in winter.

No New Posts Mountain Pass


The mountains to the far north of Giiva are always covered in snow, and fairly dangerous to walk through. There is a pass through the mountain caused by a glacier, so it has become easier to go through. Though it is still thought to best avoid the mountains.

Board Description
Giiva

Giiva is the most northern set pack. They have the tundra, the boreal forest, waterfall pools, and of course the mountains. Not the easiest place to live in, the more hardy wolves survive easier. Though it is a beautiful place, filled with arctic animals to feast on. Food is rarely scarce, but the winter is cold and biting.
