Alpha Male/Female - These are the leaders of the pack. They have the finale say over everything that happens in the pack, including rank changes and fights, and what the pack does as a whole. They accept or reject new wolves to the pack. Traditionally the alphas are mates, so let’s keep it that way. So when the original alpha chooses a mate, he/she immediately becomes the second alpha. The alphas have a right to their own rules, and you should abide by them. The alphas have every right to respect and the right to attack if not given that respect.
Beta Male/Female - The alphas' second in command. If the alphas cannot command the pack or they have to take a leave of absence, then the betas will take over for a short time. Betas are usually trusted friends of the alphas. The Betas are usually mates, but it is not required. The betas can call pack hunts and accept/reject wolves from the lands, if give permission to do so.
Elders – They are highly respected by each member of the pack, even the alphas. Full of wisdom and stories they are usually found spending time with the pack’s puppies. They can be the alphas advisor, confidant, etc. Elders can be male or female. You may gain the rank of elder at the age of 6+
Guardians - It is their duty to ward of Loners and Rogues who wish to cause trouble for a pack, as well as to keep other packs from invading their pack's territory. The guardian rank is usually made up of five highly skilled wolves. They may also be allowed to accept/reject wolves in the pack, if given the permission to do so. Guardians may be male or female.
Warriors – The fighters of the pack, highly trained in the art of physical combat. Warriors mainly consist of ten main strong, muscular males. They had to make a rank for warrior, for the land of Zasta is always on the brink of war. They train and teach the rest of the pack for combat, just in case the war actually breaks out.
Nurses – These are the healers and pup-sitters of the pack. They are mainly made up of six main females whom are well with herbs. They are highly respected, for their duties usually save lives. Though warriors are above them, they treat each other as equals. The nurses heal the warriors after being injured in war and battle, so they have a sort of equality to their relationship.
Hunters - The hunters are usually responsible for hunting for the pack. Though often the entire pack goes on hunting trips, if the alphas or betas are too busy to call a hunt or the pack is preoccupied with something else, the hunters will be asked to go obtain food for the pack. Hunters are usually swift and good at using their jaws in a short amount of time. Hunters can be male or female, and there are usually up to five hunters.
Pup - A pup carries the rank of pup until it reaches the age of one and a half years. After that it will be placed in a rank suitable to it. During the pups childhood, everyone will respect it and play with it. Pups are always treated well for they are the future of the pack.
Subordinate – These are just members of the pack. They do not hold any specific rank, or they are pending for a higher one. Subordinates usually help where and when they can, proving to the higher ranked wolves that they deserve a rank.
Omega – This is the lowest rank you can receive in a pack. This rank is usually given only for punishment, and only the alpha can call this punishment upon anyone. It is encouraged that the other pack member taunt and torment, and even physically harm the omega. Not a rank wanted by most.
Loner – A lone wolf that usually seek refuge inside a pack. They can remain loners, but for the most part loners are the wolves searching to be within a pack.
Rouge – A wolf who seeks nothing but to be alone and stay alone. Rouges travel the land freely, and do not follow by any rules. They are wolves that will probably never join a pack and/or settle down with a family.
